Remote Support

1. Tech Services ad hoc support Click Here for ad hoc support from Tech Services of Texas
   Launch the downloaded file, it will be in your downloads folder
   Provide the 9-digit number to your Tech Services Engineer

2. Windows Quick AssistSelect Start  > Windows Accessories > Quick Assist (or select the Start button, type Quick Assist in the search box, then select it from the results). 
   In the Code from assistant box, enter the 6-digit code you were given, and select Share screen.
   Wait for your Tech Services Engineer, then select Allow in the window that displays.
