Billing Practices

  • $210 an hour for businesses ($165 an hour for 501c3 non-profits & Personal Systems)
    Onsite support is billed at minimum of 1 hr. with ½ hr. increments there after
    Remote support is billed at minimum ½ hr and billed in ½ hr. increments

  • Automated Maintenance with: monitoring and alerting, windows and third-party software patch management, improved remote support, integration with remote access, asset management and antivirus and includes first 1/2 hour of remote support

$330 month for Server 24/7 response ($275 for 501c3 non-profits}
$35-$40 month for Workstation 8/5 response ($30-$35 for 501c3-non profits)
There is no charge for setup and the first month is free, price is dependent on number of systems in organization 

Above services are not a contract for managed services nor replace any time and material billing for requested services or repairs on deployed systems.

  • Remote Support Software - $40 per year or per incident -  (yrly billing is in September and not prorated)

  • Emergency after hours work is billed at a min of 2 hours and at 150% of hourly rate

  • All material costs will be provided to the client for approval prior to installation

  • Invoices are e-mailed to clients within 1 business day and are due on receipt. If payment is received later than 5 business days from receipt of invoice there will be an administrative fee of $55 and 18% APR interest charge starting on the first day after the grace period of 5 business days until payment is made in full.

  • Consulting and development is considered standard billable time whether it is done onsite or remotely

  • For organizations with regular service and requested by the client, billing is monthly and due upon receipt

  • Notice will be provided prior to any rate increase greater than 10%

  • Invoices are received via email from intuit payment services unless requested otherwise by client
